We will handle every aspect of the design process from architectural meetings with your architect and contractors to the perfect finishing touches for your project. Our design process includes several stages involving you, our client and our design team.

Phase I

Initial design meeting- at our office

• This meeting allows our client to meet us, see who we are, and what we do. The design team has a chance to meet the client and determine their needs. A meeting is then scheduled at the client's home or office and an initial deposit is required to begin the design process

Second design meeting at client's home or office

• The second meeting, an "Initial Design Study" determines your design preferences and requirements. This consists of a question and answer session with the client to determine preferences of color, fabrics, furnishings, and other materials needed for the project. We will take photographs throughout your home, note existing items, and take extensive measurements. Concentrating on doing whatever is appropriate to the architecture of the home and the lifestyle preferred by the individual client guides our creation process. Our experience has shown that when the environment is studied as a whole, the process creates continuity and flow, maximizing the design experience for the client.

Creation of the C. Davis Luxury Lifestyles Design Design Plan

• Our design team pulls together a complete compilation of color schemes, fabric selections, furnishings (upholstery and all case goods), interior finishes/fauxing, wall and floor coverings, lighting, window treatments, and complete design schematic plans. Additionally, we will prepare any necessary drawings or renderings needed by the client regarding kitchen layouts, cabinetry, tile layouts, and/or other architectural elements.

Phase II

Working Presentation

• Equally as important as style is planning. Our design team will take you through your preliminary personal LLA Design Plan. Visually we walk you through every aspect of your newly designed space allowing you to experience how each room will flow to the next creating that continuity. Clients are encouraged to openly discuss all details, and questions are welcomed. Any modifications to the design plan are made at this time.

Final Presentation

• At this time, LLA compiles your Design Guide into a formatted comprehensive workbook or design board which showcases samples of colors, fabrics, finishes, and furniture selections, all individually suited to your needs and vision. From minute details to large lifestyle issues, every detail is discussed. We also discuss and view suggested accessories and artwork as well as any antique or period pieces that will be procured. Pricing and the timeline for the project are confirmed. At this time we move into the ordering and production process. This is an exciting time when the client can clearly anticipate his vision come to fruition.

Order and Production

• Upon written approval of LLA's Design Guide, each item will be confirmed, and production will begin. A tentative schedule for all architectural interior installations will be discussed at this time. C. Davis Luxury Lifestyles Design's design team comprises accomplished interior designers, project managers, artisans of iron, wood and faux finishing techniques and our in-house drapery workroom. From initial conception to the perfect finishing touches, our team will provide you unprecedented personal service. Our client's interests are also served again by frequent jobsite visits and inspections. As a result, many potential problems are avoided by our ongoing presence and availability during the process.

Phase III

Installation

• With all major interior installations complete, this brings us to our final step-the Installation. The Installation is usually done in one day, and we ask that you give us the entire day alone in your space to bring your dream to life! Nothing compares to the excitement of viewing the completed project in its entirety!
